Turkey Day

So my favorite holiday is upon us. Thanksgiving aka Turkey Day aka my personal eating competition. It's a time where I get to do two of my favorite things see all my family members and eat. We normally dress up since we start our dinner a bit later during the evening.
I felt like this would be the best day to bust out a pair of printed pants. I've been admiring their quirkiness, their pop factor. Basically it's always a win-win when you wear a pair. Here are a couple of outfits that if it was possible to have three outfit changes during my family dinner while not looking boogie I would wear.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Leather Pants Love

So I will not tell a lie I've been really nervous about starting my blog and that's why I've been neglecting it for so long. So I've decided to start off slow. I want my blog to be somewhere I feel comfortable, a place for me to experiment with fashion, and a place for me to challenge myself.

That being said I would like to take this time to express my love for leather pants. All types of leather pants, faux leather, leather skinnes, leather joggers, even waxed jeans that give off that leather look. It's the easiest way for me to be lazy with my style. I can throw on a white shirt, a pair of Lunar Knit Fly Knit Nike's, my favorite watch, the magical leather pants and voila' outfit elevated. Leather Pants Love

In Basics I Trust

Yes idle means lazy. Why? I’ll be honest I’m lazy with fashion. I'm not so lazy like I’ll end up wearing the same sweatpants 3 days in a row. Lazy as in my version of fashion is all about the basics. I live and breathe basics. I love having that one piece that can make my whole outfit. It makes it easier for me. I'm usually that person who tries on 15 different outfits in the morning, having that not work then running to my basics and having that work for me. I believe in minimal effort. Last but not least I believe that fashion, like beauty, is in the eye of the beholder and it will never work unless you feel comfortable.
